Synchronize your device via Company portal

Please be aware, this guide only applied to desktops and laptops which are manage by your organization.

  1. Open "Company Portal" app by searching via Windows start menu
  2. You may be prompted to select what type of device you have, in such case select the appropriate option (Work Laptop, Work Desktop, Work Phone etc.)
  3. Once the app is opened, navigate to settings via the cog wheel in the left-bottom corner.settings.png
  4. Next select "Sync" option at the top right.sync.png
  5. Await for the synchronization to complete, once it is complete any missing apps or configurations will start to setup in the background.
