How to Restore a Previous Save on Document

 

This guide will provide a step-by-step process for restoring a previous version of your document on desktop and web applications.

Desktop App

  1. Open the document that you want to restore.
  2. You select "File" in the top left corner.


  3. Select "Info" from sidebar.
  4. Choose "Version History," and upon selection, a new window will open displaying the same document, with the version history appearing in the sidebar on the right-hand side.
  5. Select the version that you need.
  6. Once you've located the desired version, you can select 'Restore' at the top of the page.

 

Web App

  1. Open the document that you want to restore.
  2. You select "File" in the top left corner.
  3. Select "Version History".
  4. Choose your desired version from the sidebar on the right-hand side.
  5. After selecting the appropriate version, click "Restore" at the top of the document.
