This guide will provide a step-by-step process for restoring a previous version of your document on desktop and web applications.
Desktop App
- Open the document that you want to restore.
- You select "File" in the top left corner.
- Select "Info" from sidebar.
- Choose "Version History," and upon selection, a new window will open displaying the same document, with the version history appearing in the sidebar on the right-hand side.
- Select the version that you need.
- Once you've located the desired version, you can select 'Restore' at the top of the page.
Web App
- Open the document that you want to restore.
- You select "File" in the top left corner.
- Select "Version History".
- Choose your desired version from the sidebar on the right-hand side.
- After selecting the appropriate version, click "Restore" at the top of the document.
